This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) is incorporated into the Terms of Use. It applies to all access to Direct Video Call, including Guest Sessions. The Service has no persistent community, accounts, or public profiles; this Policy is the conduct standard for Sessions and for use of the website.
1. Permitted use
User may use the Service solely to attempt a lawful, consensual 1-on-1 video Session with a person User is authorized to contact, and to review the Legal Center.
2. Prohibited use
User shall not, and shall not assist any person to:
- violate any law or the rights of any person;
- engage in fraud, identity theft, social-engineering, or financial crime;
- harass, threaten, stalk, defame, intimidate, or abuse any person;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation with Provider or any third party;

3. User-generated content
The Service does not host a public feed. Session audiovisual content is generated and transmitted by participants. User is solely responsible for that content and for any files or images User displays on camera. Provider does not undertake to monitor Sessions and has no obligation to do so.
4. Investigation and enforcement
Provider may investigate suspected violations, restrict or terminate access, block Room Identifiers or network identifiers within its control, and cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, and law-enforcement authorities. Provider may take such action immediately, with or without notice, without liability. Provider is not obligated to monitor the Service and does not undertake a duty of care to third parties by reserving these rights.
5. Reporting
To report a violation, contact Provider at privacy@directvideocall.com. Include the invite URL if known, the time of the Session, and a description of the conduct. Provider may be unable to retrieve Session media that it does not store.
6. Changes
Provider may update this Policy by posting a revised version. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
